My Dad was raised in the south, and during dinner he would always say “eat your greens”. Ironically enough, a friend posted this meme with that same slogan. I find this hauntingly useful, since I am trying to overcome a cold (during the summer too!) and now wish that I had eaten a little healthier during my college years!
